I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right by Shirahama beach, and our view from the room was great. However, the rooms were quite small for a family of four, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The Onsen pool was not very inviting with debris floating in it, which was a letdown. Overall, while the location and views are a big plus, the condition of the facilities and the size of the rooms could really be improved.

Rooms

The rooms had air conditioning and a TV, but they were quite small for four people. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much of a view of the beach, which was disappointing considering the cost.
Service

The service was decent, but nothing stood out. Housekeeping did their job, but I didn't feel anything extra from the staff.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, providing stunning sea views and easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, the rooms are a bit small, which made it a challenge for four adults to sleep comfortably. The service was friendly, and the dining options were varied, although not spectacular. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but some improvements could make it even better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location right on the beachfront and just a short walk to local shops and attractions. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Japan, and I loved the view of the bay. The staff were professional and welcoming, though I felt that the dining options could use some variety to fully meet guests' expectations. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the beach with beautiful views. The outdoor onsen is a great touch, but I found the rooms to be too small for my group of four, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. While the price felt reasonable for the area, I was left wanting more from the overall experience.

The hotel has a stunning view of the beach and is conveniently located right next to the ocean. While the rooms offer a decent size, I did notice a horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and at times, the onsen pool wasn't very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was marred by some cleanliness issues. It’s a nice stay if the price is right, but it's not perfect.

Rooms

The room we stayed in was one of the furthest toward the beach and had a great view, but it was too small for four people.

The staff was friendly, and they made up the futons every night, which was a nice touch.
Location

The hotel is right behind the Shirahama bus center and you can see the beach from your room, which was super convenient for visiting other attractions.
Dining
7.0
The dining was pleasant, but I found the options to be somewhat limited.
Facilities

The onsen pool was well-designed but had brown debris floating around, which was quite off-putting.
